Happy Valentine’s Day!!

I LOVE TODAY!! & I always have. Valentines Day isn’t a day just about annoying couples! Valentines Day is simply about love. It doesn’t need roses or diamonds or cards, ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE!! They really weren’t kidding. Spend the day with those you love, be it your family, your friends, or your significant others! Eat chocolate, buy yourself some flowers, light some wonderfully smelling candles, & pamper yourself. Today is a day about love – & you should enjoy it, no matter who you are!! Make sure to call your mom, your grandpa, your best friend & tell them how much they mean to your life. Rub your kitty’s belly, take your puppy on an extra long walk, & never ever forget that you are loved, & you are never, ever alone.
My gift to you: a mini-recipe! This stuff is DIVINE.
Chocolate Popcorn
What you’ll need:
One bag of popcorn (you can pop it or buy it!)
1 bag of the chocolate of your choice – dark, milk, semi-sweet. You can mix it all together & make your mouth all kinds of happy!
Wax paper
A flat surface
How to do it:
If you’re popping your corn, do that first. Set aside.
You have several ways to melt your chocolate: in a crockpot, on low heat on the stove, or in the microwave. If you have a crockpot, that’s the best way. Just keep stirring until it’s melted! Same with the stove, just DO NOT leave your pot! In the microwave is trickier; you’ll want to do it in 30 seconds intervals, lessening the time as it gets closer to being completely melted.
Spread the popcorn in a single layer on the popcorn. Drizzle the chocolate on top (don’t cover completely!!), & let it cool for about ten minutes. Use what’s left of your chocolate (if there is anything left) to dip various kinds of fruit!!
Enjoy, & don’t forget: I LOVE YOU!!
