Recipe: Peanut Butter Banana Chip Smoothie!

I make this smoothie when I know lunch is going to be later than usual – the extra protein goes a long way.
What’s inside:
8 oz milk
1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 & 1/2 bananas
about 2 handfuls semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix in your blender & enjoy! I also add a bit of ground flax seed for the fiber & omega-3s, but that’s totally up to you. It makes about 16oz of delightfully tasty happiness.

@ Lotta: It really, really is! If you want more chocolate, you can always put a bit of chocolate syrup or even some melted chocolate in as well. :)
