Fantastic Friday!

It’s a short one this week – things have been rather quiet for me lately. I’ve been reading, playing in the kitchen, & trying to enjoy the amazing weather. We’ve had sunshine, thunderstorms, downpours, blue skies – all sorts of wondrous things. I’m also all caught up on television, so now I await season premieres with the rest of you! To tide us over, though, we’ve been watching the Naruto Shippuden episodes over at Hulu. It’s really rather awesome – I knew there was a reason I loved Sakura!
Boy on a Stick & Slither is hilarious webcomic filled with philosophy, politics, & other great things. This one in particular is funny but true, & sad because of it!
This one’s for all the crazy Twi-hards out there: a slideshow from the Italy shoot, just as Bella saves Edward. It looks pretty incredible! (I very much dislike the newly-released poster, by the way. These fan made posters (Edward, Bella, trio) are much better, in my opinion.
Francesca Lia Block posts poetry & prose at her MySpace! I’m rather fond of this one, Beauty? and the Beast?
Ringers (aka Lord of the Rings fans) are a crazy lot. A bunch of them made their own prequel, The Hunt for Gollum. I haven’t watched the whole thing yet, but it’s pretty good (eerie, too!).
A long-time online friend of mine is back at crafting! She’s so very creative, & talented with her knitting needles & sewing machine. I don’t know how she finds such great fabric, but I adore her eye for textiles!
CNN has an interesting article about the magic of Pixar. I mean, what is their secret? Even their less-popular movies are still fabulous. Let me know what you think of their latest, Up!
